GAHIN was established in 2020 with its North American headquarters located in Los Angeles, California. Founder and CEO, Gahin Lee, started the company with a vision to connect people in North America with world class skin care and health products from Korea. Gahin Lee is a successful serial entrepreneur and leader who has had a proven track record in a number of business ventures including direct sales, distribution and franchise businesses. And GAHIN is no exception. Due to the popularity of the products, many people were using family members and other gray market channels to import these items into the United States. Seeing the demand, Gahin Lee sought out and formed an exclusive partnership with Riman Korean to distribute these products across North America. Since its inception in 2020, GAHIN has become an established authorized United States and Canadian distributor for Incellderm and Botalab products.

- Authenticity: The products are guaranteed to be authentic and real. Due to the popularity of the brands, there are known copies or clone products that are being sold through popular channels like eBay, Amazon and other nonauthorized e-commerce websites. Beware, as these products are not made to the same level of efficacy and quality as the originals.
- Guarantee: Products sold through GAHIN carry exclusive serial numbers that allow us to protect our consumers with our refund and return policies. Defective and damaged products without our serial numbers will not be protected through these programs.
- Quality Control: Due to the nature and sensitivity of some of our products, it is vitally important that the importation and storage of the products are done properly. Some of the Incellderm and Botalab products are temperature, and light sensitive which can cause premature degradation, potency issues, consistency and texture issues. Many gray marker vendors are simply importing products from Korea without proper product care measures in place. Many are products that are nearing expiration or best use by dates, and most are stored in unregulated climate facilities. Many of our products are air freighted from Korea to minimize environmental exposure and stored in a climate-controlled warehouses.
